Asparagus 250 g [8 oz] [cut into slant sections] |

| Method : |
1. Blanch asparagus in boiling water. Drain. 2. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Add asparagus and seasoning mix. Stir well until heated through. Note: Asparagus can be replaced by other seasonal vegetables such as Chinese Kale, choi sum, cauliflower and broccoli etc.. |
