| Method : |
1. Shred onion. Slice red pepper. Tear the tough veins off French beans. Section. Cut cauliflower into small florets. Peel and cut potato into pieces. 2. Heat a little amount of oil. Fry potato pieces for a while. Set aside. 3. Add chopped garlic, shredded onion and curry powder. Stir fry. 4. Add all vegetables. Stir fry. Pour in 1/4 cup of water. Boil for 10 minutes. 5. Add preserved shrimp paste and coconut milk. Cook until the sauce thickens. Season with salt. Serve. |
