eggplants 2 minced pork 300g white sesame seeds 2 tbsp

| Method : |
1. Wash eggplants. Cut off both ends. Cut into half horizontally. Remove the seeds and pith. 2. Process minced pork in blender and marinate. 3. Brush eggplants with caltrop starch. Stuff with pork and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. 4. Heat wok. Fry eggplants over low heat until both sides are golden. 5. Place eggplants onto plate. Steam over high heat for 10 mins. Bring sauce to the boil. Pour sauce over eggplants. Serve. |
