| Method : |
1.Rinse and cut asparagus into pieces. Rinse and dice mushrooms in small pellets. Add seasonings into boiling water, parboil asparagus until cooked, drain and place on plate. 2.Heat 2 tbsp water in frying pan until boiling, turn to Iow-heat. Hand tear Iow-calorie cheese slices, put in frying pan, stew until fully melted, then add in mushroom, stew into cheese juice. 3.Sprinkle cheese juice on asparagus. |
