| Method : |
1.Soak winter mushroom until, cut off stems and cut into strips. Soak dried scallop and dried shelled shrimp until soft. Hand tear soft dried scallop into thin shreds. 2.Peel white radish off, cut into thin slices. Rinse and cut baby cabbage into thin pieces. 3.Heat 1/3 tsp olive oil in wok, shallow-fry dried shelled shrimp and dried scallop shreds for a while, pour 1 bowl of water, put in white radish slices and winter mushroom, wait until boiling. 4.Put in shredded taro, stew for a short while, then add in baby cabbage, wait until just cooked, add in seasonings and serve. |
