1. Rinse bean curd with cold drinking water. Cut each bean curd into two slices lengthwise. Arrange on a serving plate. Arrange preserved duck eggs on bean curd. 2. Stir well seasoning mix and pour on preserved duck eggs and bean curd. Sprinkle with crispy pork floss and diced green onion. |
