Flesh of mango and lean pork tenderloin each 200 g [7 oz] [cut into pieces] Onion and flesh of apple each 120 g [4 oz] [cut into pieces] Carrot 75 g [2.5 oz] [cut into pieces] Raisins 20 g, Water 250 ml [1 cup] Lee Kum Kee Curry Sauce 60 g [about 3-4 tbsp] |

| Method : |
1. Stir-fry pork in 1 tsp oil. Add onion, apple, carrot, water and Lee Kum Kee Curry Sauce. Cook on low heat for about 10 minutes. 2. Stir in mango flesh and raisins lightly. Cook for about 5 more minutes until sauce thickens. |
