Fried Japanese bean curd 10 pieces [triangular in shape, about 1 packet], Ham, cucumber and bell pepper each 10 slices [cut into the shape as Fried Japanese bean curd]

| Method : |
1. Cut a slit in each of the fried Japanese bean curd. Stuff with ham, cucumber and bell pepper. 2. Pan-fry bean curd in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow. Stir in sauce mix and heat through. |

Sauce Mix: Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic 1 tbsp Corn starch 1 1/2 tsp Water 125 ml [1/2 cup]
