Bean vermicelli/Bean threads 25 g [1 oz] [sectioned] Fresh black mushrooms 3 [about 25 g/1 oz] [shredded] Yellow bell pepper 1/4 [about 25 g/1 oz] [shredded] Chinese celery 25 g [1 oz] [shredded] Crab-flavored sticks 2 [torn into shreds]
Chicken Stock Lee Kum Kee Chicken Bouillon Powder 2 tsp [10 g] Lee Kum Kee Peppercorn Chili Oil 2 tsp Hot water 500 ml [2 cups]

| Method : |
1. Soak bean vermicelli in water until soft. Drain. 2. Boil chicken stock. Add all ingredients and heat through. Serve hot. |
