Ingredients : Ginger 2 small slices
Soaked Chinese mushrooms
canned button mushrooms and straw mushrooms 170 g [6 oz] [halved]
Sliced carrot and green peas 25 g [1 oz]
 
Method : 1. Saute ginger in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add assorted mushrooms and stir-fry for a short while.
2. Stir in carrot, green peas and sauce mix. Cook for about 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
 
Seasoning : Sauce Mix:
Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Water 150 ml
Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
