Ginger 2 small slices Soaked Chinese mushrooms canned button mushrooms and straw mushrooms 170 g [6 oz] [halved] Sliced carrot and green peas 25 g [1 oz] |

| Method : |
1. Saute ginger in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add assorted mushrooms and stir-fry for a short while. 2. Stir in carrot, green peas and sauce mix. Cook for about 3 minutes until sauce thickens. |
