Eggplant 200 g [7 oz] [cut into strips], Green onion 1 [sectioned] |

| Method : |
1. Arrange eggplant on a serving plate. Steam over high heat for about 5 minutes. Drain away excess liquid. 2. Saute green onion in 2 tbsp oil. Add sauce mix and bring to the boil. Pour over eggplant. |

Sauce Mix: Corn starch 1 tsp, Water 8 tbsp, Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce with Dried Scallop 3 tbsp
